The power of rocks, 2021.
feat Ignacio Helmke
at Palace Cultural Center, Coquimbo district. Chile.

Project that investigates the current influence of the mining industry in the Coquimbo Region. We approached through complaints about the loss  of archaeological pieces in the Pupío estuary valley intervened by Minera Los Pelambres, the most biggest copper mine in Chile nowadays. From these observations we generate a series of plastic and audiovisual works that seek to reflect on the transformations, displacements and territorial conflicts that this industry entails at the local level, as well as the interactions between different public and private agents.
